Who makes the machines, and who do I deal with?
Little Gecko® is our own brand. Production runs on a dedicated welding-equipment line in Hengshui, Hebei Province, which has been building these carriages under our brand, drawings and quality standard for years. Our Beijing team handles model selection, quality inspection, export documents and after-sales — so you deal with one team from the first inquiry to spare parts.
Which model should I choose for my workpiece?
It depends on the weld type (butt / fillet / circumferential), plate thickness and diameter. Flexible track suits curved shells above Ø2000 mm; straight track suits long flat seams; JJ/GJ suits fillets without a track; CX suits pipes above Ø108 mm. Send us a photo of the workpiece and we'll recommend the exact model.
Can the machine work with my welding power source?
Yes. The carriage controls the torch travel and swing and connects to standard MIG/MAG/CO₂ power sources via the torch control line. External supply is AC 110–220V, 50/60Hz — compatible worldwide.
What is the MOQ and delivery time?
MOQ is 1 set. Standard models are usually shipped within 7–15 days after payment; customized solutions may take longer depending on requirements.
Do you provide English manuals and support?
Yes. Every machine ships with an English manual, test report and packing list. We also provide video call guidance for installation and operation.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer); for larger orders, 30% advance payment with the balance before shipment. Air, sea and express shipping can all be arranged, and your own forwarder is welcome — we deliver to the port or warehouse you nominate.
How is quality controlled before shipment?
Each machine runs a full function test before packing: travel speed, swing parameters, magnet/suction force, control panel response and torch adjustment range. Photos and a short video of your machine under test are sent to you for confirmation before shipment, together with the test report and packing list.
Which documents do you provide for our purchasing department?
Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, test report and product manual are provided as standard. ISO certificates and patent documents for the "Little Gecko" brand are available on request, and CE certification can be arranged for EU buyers.
Can I see the machines working before I order?
Yes. We can arrange a live video call from the production line showing the exact model you are considering welding a test piece, so you can judge the seam quality and swing motion yourself.
