We build automatic welding carriages — and we stay with you after the machine arrives. Engineering, production, inspection and export, all handled by one team.
Little Gecko® is our own registered brand of automatic welding carriages, founded in 2020 and built up around one single idea: make the weld simpler. We cover the whole job — straight-track carriages in magnetic and vacuum-suction versions, flexible-track carriages with magnetic, clamping or suction fixing, fillet-welding carriages on rubber or steel wheels (including side-mount and dual-torch models), magnetic crawlers for pipe and shell seams, and the HLGB tube-to-tubesheet welding machine. Twenty-nine carriage models, plus customized automatic welding machines for specific industries.
All of it is built in our 3,000 m² production workshop in Hengshui, Hebei — assembled to our own drawings and quality standard on a line dedicated to welding carriages. The workshop produces around 30,000 welding machines a year in total, of which roughly 3,000 are Little Gecko carriages. More than 60 people work on the programme: production, engineering, testing, export and after-sales, most of them with years of experience in automatic welding equipment. Several of the design features on our carriages are protected by our own patents.
That capacity does not stay at home. Little Gecko carriages now work in more than 30 countries — on shipyards, tank farms, steel-structure shops and tube-sheet production lines — supported from our Beijing office, which handles model selection, quality inspection, export documents and after-sales for overseas customers.
We are not a catalogue that sells everything. We build welding carriages, welding crawlers and tube-sheet welding machines, and that is what we have been doing. It is the only way to keep the quality stable order after order.
Upholding the philosophy that "quality is the ultimate principle", we help fabricators weld faster, weld more consistently and take the strain off the welder — making work so much simpler.
Buying a welding carriage abroad usually means guessing. We take that guess away — you send the job, we specify the machine, build it, test it and ship it with the paperwork in order.
Send a photo or drawing with plate thickness, tank diameter, seam length and position. Our engineers recommend the carriage, the fixing type and the options that actually fit — and say so when a standard model is not the answer.
Every carriage is assembled per order on our dedicated line — integrated or split type, straight-swing or angle-swing torch, magnetic, suction or clamping fixing, battery or intermittent-welding options as needed. Around 3,000 carriages come off that line every year.
Each machine is run and test-welded before it is packed. We send you photos and video of your actual machine — not a stock picture — together with the test result and the packing list.
Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and CE documents where required. Sea, air or express — or ship through your own forwarder, and we deliver to the port or warehouse you nominate.
Machines arrive with an English manual and a recommended starting parameter sheet. We commission by video call, walk your operator through the settings, and stay available while you run the first seams.
Torches, swing units, drive wheels, tracks, controllers and wear parts stay available. Tell us the model and the part — we reply within 24 hours and usually ship spares the same week.
Workpiece photos or drawings, material, plate thickness, seam length and position, tank or pipe diameter, daily output.
Recommended model, fixing type and useful options, with the reason why — quotation back within 24 hours, usually the same day.
Production on our line, weld test, inspection, then photos and video of your machine sent for approval before packing.
Export documents, shipping arrangement, commissioning guidance on arrival, and spare parts for the life of the machine.
Anywhere a welder would otherwise drag a torch along a long seam by hand, a carriage does it faster and repeats it next shift.
Want proof before you commit? Ask us for the test-weld video of the model you are considering — we will send it.
We are building our overseas references now, so instead of borrowed case studies we show you what we can actually prove — our own line, our own test welds, and machines already welding in tank, vessel and steel shops.

Want proof for the model you are considering? Ask for the test-weld video and the packing list of a recent shipment — we will send both.
Certificates and patent documents are available on request — we are happy to share copies before you order.
Factory-direct manufacturing — direct access to our engineering and production team, with factory pricing, technical support and customization available.
Press forward with the spear, never retreat.
Make welding simpler for every fabricator, everywhere.
Little Gecko® — automatic welding carriages, magnetic crawlers and tube-to-tubesheet welding machines.
Tell us what you are welding. We will recommend the right carriage, send you a quotation and back it with a test-weld video.
